Now I'm in trouble with TLWMBO, just bought this, Not the tractor! you may recognise it from its past owner.
SPOA with knuckle over RockyRoad kit stage 1 & 2, which is fine but its been lifted again making it too hiegh and a little unstable so needs lowering back down to a sensible height. Its also got a blown rear diff , both are being worked on at the moment. Then needs getting through the MOT. !

I like it. I have a massive hankering for a Sammy. I want to build this...

(Ok, so I'm going to need to buy a tube bender first (and learn to weld, of course)).

Id need to learn to use spanners first ! a friend of mine is doing the main work, some people shouldn't be allowed to use spanners ! and I'm one of them !

but looking forward to the truck.

Well ive got to say, it didn't go down to badly ! just a shake of the head and the exclamation " how am I supposed to get into that" ! now being of elderly years were not as nimble as we used to be but when its lowered back to SPOA only perhaps I could make a foldable side step for her somehow , and ideas anyone on that ? some times you see them on Landys (sorry)
I wonder whether I could get one to fit.

Front axle (250 x 141).jpg
Rear axle now finished and diff re assembled and fitted, handbrake done and new shoes fitted, New brake pads fitted as its had discs fitted to rear by previous owner.
Front axle now being worked on.
Its been decided to abandon the SPOA and go back to SPUA for better road handling and safety but with a 2" shackle lift to gain a little height for the tyres. Still lots to do yet but getting there. Needs new extended shockers all round, and MOT ing later on.

I take it you are attaching the files to the post?
Most of us use the add image button in the tool bar, and then reference/link to another source online e. I personally use Google photos. But I know some used photo bucket. But that no longer works.

Samurai (300 x 169).jpg
Well its back on four wheels! MOT next week and a new rear box for the silencer as the previous one had been cut off by its previous owner, a bit anti social though !
Then a repaint at a later date when the weather is better.
