unfortunately Ant hit the nail on the head! its in 2 large parts with a few smaller items dotted around!
I think its going to be a while before its out laning, although I am starting to get the itch again.

I had totally forgotten about this kit!! I bought it off Steve for £130 in the end, I then purchased an identical kit in a lovely shade of pink off ebay about a week later! :)) So that's 2 of them tucked behind the booth in the unit, doing nothing :oops:

The GV has an air operated free wheeling front diff, the pump for it is in the engine bay, have you checked its plugged in?

AEF! My apologies, I'm a little out of touch with all this at the moment! I'm not really clued up on the original wiring of a gv, so can't really help, Rhinoman is the font of all things Suzuki ecu/wiring knowledge related stuff on here so he may be able to help you? Is the original ecu still plugge...

Definitely a 1y, the wiring is very straight forward on that engine. Ignore all the original wiring, just tuck it out of the way. If the boost goes up to 14 psi with the exhaust removed then that would tell me your exhaust is restrictive. Is it dented? Perhaps the rear box is collapsed internally? Either way it sounds like a perfect time for a 2.5" stainless system!! :biggrin: As munkee said, you really should have an EGR gaug...
