I dont think its overpriced at that , in fact quite a sound investment , if you ran it as is for several years then aplied for residential planning , quite a decent profit could be had !

Just been out looking at a suitable site for the punch event , seems like 2 choices , 1, a single long but difficult event . # or, # 2, two easier ones , one in woodland , one in undulating terrain. the latter choice could be morning / afternoon? thoughts from previous participants please. ............

Wow that was quick , thanks Si , first of all I know I can work with you on this project , I have located plenty of places , but you would have final siting of the punches , Yes a preview is fine , I am busy as always but finding a date should not prove too difficult if its only for a couple of hour...

I have always fancied hosting a punch event , yet have no experience of the layout , I am sure I have enough sections to do so , but a recent post by Simon jogged my memory that he mentioned he had all the gear except the site , Sooooo, a reply either way Si be good , November looking like a slot . ...
