Theres always loads of Shogun rear diffs with factory lockers on ebay.

I wouldn't even bother trying to get the LSD working I'd simply fit a locker. :D

Shame about the engine only being the 2.4. #-o I went from that engine to the 3 litre. Quite an easy swap but the engine mounts are slightly different. Hmm... Sounds bad, got any pics? Have you contacted the seller and Recip? That should surely count for a warranty replacement. FWIW, I can't trust remoulds anymore for use on the road.
